Bookings only confirmed after deposit or payment has been received and a reference number sent.
100% Refund for whatever reason 2 days prior to event booking date,
All items should be returned in the same condition as delivered,
Any damages will be charged for repair or replacement at the hirers expense.
We offer 10 miles free delivery of our office FY8 5TP then just £2 per additional mile after, (one way).
Any delivery address over 20 miles from our office will have a minimum order of £99
All of our items will be checked, tested and cleaned prior and after any hire.
All electrical items have PAT test certificates.
PLI insurance up to £10million.
Peppa Pig soft play hire is licensed by Hasbro.
Our team members where required have been DBS checked and go through a strict training routine.
